What do we do:

We provided mental health counseling in an office setting and telehealth services that can be utilized anywhere in the state of Pennsylvania. We focus on you as the client and together work toward your goals.

Types of Therapy Offered:

Couples Therapy (virtual only), EMDR (trauma therapy), CBT, Mindfulness, strengths based, person centered, motivational interviewing, and DBT modalities.
